Setting a personal-best for the third straight meet, senior Rachel Fritz (Honesdale, Pa./Honesdale) ran the third fastest time in program history to lead the Lycoming College women's cross country team to a 38th-place finish at the NCAA Mideast Regional at Dickinson College on Saturday afternoon, Nov. 11.
