After becoming the first men's cross country runner in 16 years to earn all-conference honors, freshman Quincy Amabile (Mifflinburg, Pa./Mifflinburg Area) will again lead Lycoming College when at the NCAA Mideast Regional when he looks to become the first all-region runner in program history on Saturday, Nov. 12, at DeSales University.
