With times that stack up with top-10 finishes the last time that the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships were run at Messiah College, Lycoming College freshmen Quincy Amabile (Mifflinburg, Pa./Mifflinburg Area) and Kaylee Long (Milton, Pa./Milton Area) will be searching to earn the college's first all-conference honors in the sport in four years when the championships kick off on Saturday, Oct. 29.
