With both the Lycoming College men's and women's cross country teams sending full contingents of 12 runners to the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships, it is easy to see why third-year head coach Regina Collins is excited to get the team on the course on Saturday, Nov. 1, at Union Canal Tunnel Park in Lebanon, Pa.
